The 90-Day Plan is the core of our process. Every 90 days, we research, create, launch, manage, and report on custom campaigns for each of our clients. We run the 90-Day Plans continuously to ensure there is no gap in service and that your messaging stays relevant and fresh.
We use the Design Thinking methodology for all of our clients. There are 5 stages of development in the Design Thinking process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Launch.
The onboarding process starts with the signing of the contract. From there, the Discovery Sessions are scheduled. There are 3 meetings that focus on Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and People & Technology. Prior to these meetings, we will request access to your marketing channels and collect existing digital assets. We will also build a custom scorecard to evaluate your company’s current sales and marketing state. After these meetings, we get to work on our research and strategy phase and develop our first 90-Day Plan.
Ad accounts are reviewed weekly to ensure budgets are kept on track. Monthly updates are provided on success metrics for the campaign, as well as any changes we think should be incorporated to enhance performance. At our quarterly meeting, we will review the previous 90-days in more detail and discuss the next 90-days.
This is a tricky question, as it is definitely not a one-size-fits all answer! There are several factors that we look at to determine your budget; industry, company size, audience, platforms, and goals - to name a few.
To provide a general estimate, it is suggested that B2B companies should spend between 2 and 5% of their annual revenue on marketing and that B2C companies should spend between 5 and 10%. B2C is often higher as it requires more investment to reach your various customers. Whatever your budget, we can work with you to see where it would be best spent for optimal results.
Tracking success varies depending on which tactics are implemented on your account. However, we will use objectives like website visitors, leads, qualified leads, impressions-share, CTC, CTR, conversions and more to determine and track success.

This can be a tricky one! Most businesses view this metric differently. Our main objective is to deliver an ROI. That’s how we know we will work together forever. The way we do this is built into our process. We collaborate to assess the current state of the business and then define the desired future state. Once we apply a timeline to the future state the ROI milestones will be more predictable. That being said, getting a “quick win” is always a priority. We want you to get what you want.
Of course, this varies depending on the scope of work. That being said, our customers would never accuse us of over working them. We have a team to execute on at least 99% of the deliverables in every 90-day cycle.
Like any great relationship it boils down to communication and trust. We always say we can move as fast as our clients.

Sales Playbook
After many years serving customers we realized that there were massive blind spots in the way that their customers were being sold to. The customer journey was all too often inconsistent as they traveled from marketing to sales. We decided to take responsibility for the entire customer journey. By doing this we are able to increase ROI and decrease the time to achieve it.
We have designed a set of tools to analyze the current state of the sales process. Inside 90-days we will deliver a current state and future state of the entire sales ecosystem. Included will be recommendations for staff, technology, financial forecasts and management responsibilities.

We are committed to helping everyone who comes to us. All you have to do is book a call, let us know what you need and we will offer a direction you could take immediately. In most cases, we will advance your revenue journey on that call.
We accept cheques, credit cards, and direct deposits.
Monthly retainer fees are paid monthly in advance.
Projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
We send an invoice via email and a receipt if paid via credit card.
If for any reason you are not happy with our work you can cancel the agreement, no questions asked. You will be able to leave with our IP and concepts without having to fulfill the obligation of the contract.

We leverage industry trends and insights on the search behaviour that prospects exhibit to guide on page optimization strategy. During our empathize phase, we will conduct extensive keyword research and analyze your existing digital assets to identify areas for strengthening and improvement.
There is no SEO quick fix hack to ensure you land on the first page. While there are small changes you can make to immediately improve your SEO, it requires a long term strategy and frequent monitoring and adjusting to continue moving up in rank.
Local SEO is a tactic that focuses on optimizing your website to achieve local search rankings. This is generally based on the city and surrounding area your business is located in.
General SEO is a broader tactic that focuses on optimizing your content to ensure it is fresh, accurate, and interesting for search engines.
We will leverage whichever advertising tactic will work best to reach your target audience. In the past, we have used search engine advertising (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, retargeting and remarketing, and video ads.
A paid search campaign works by targeting people with relevant results to their query when they enter what they are looking for into a search engine such as Google. When you type something into Google, you are presented with a list of results; which shows organic results and paid results. By creating a paid search campaign, you are paying to be shown at the top of all these relevant results, which increases your chance of being chosen by the user, in turn driving traffic to your website.
Good paid advertising campaigns will take a little while to gain traction and start getting engagement. This is because paid advertising platforms take time to learn about your campaign and your audience to get the most out of your budget as possible. It’s normal to not see any results for at least three months, and even then, the results at the end of those three months will be unstable. Between 6 and 9 months is when you start seeing optimal results. It’s important to wait at least 12 months before reassessing your campaign and making changes, as this can throw platforms into their learning stage again and set your success back.
